Playing a pivotal role in projects at the regional and national level working with cross functional stake holders, and technologies across multiple locations. Experience in managing & working with projects in M&E space, IT vendors and many software projects.

Lead & played as an IT architect for many projects implemented as NORMS (National online and reporting system), Integrated web + Mobile App for Differentiated Prevention Model , Integrated Information Management System (IIMS) for National IBBS, and Computerized Management Information Software Applications for BMGF funded programs. Designed and developed national and project level Dashboards. Proficient in breaking the complexities involved in Data Analysis by strategically suggesting the possible solution backed up with technology. Automating the most of it there by reducing the manual intervention right from data capturing, compilation to output generation. Presenting the data packaged with the layer of technical lines in the most understandable way to convey the outcome of analyzing the data.

At Datya, Jeremiah serves as a Project Manager and Solution Architect, helping clients achieve their digital goals.

Paul Williams -Director Operations

Managing client engagement and overseeing of the field operations. Driving successful implementation of programs. Also heads our operations and is responsible for business development, process optimizations and taking care of financial oversight for the organization. He plays pivotal role in leadership in managing the operational and organizational level.

Bazil Malekar- Solution tech Lead

Experienced in working and leading the team operations in an agile environment. Have driven successful development cycles for various products and managed sprints effectively. Having very good experience in web design and development. He is well versed with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and ASP.NET Core. As a Web Developer specializing in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and front-end technologies. Experienced in building user-friendly web applications. My skills include database management with SQL Server and entity framework. Currently, @ Datya, I am involved in a project, where I am developing new features and optimizing existing functionalities to enhance user experience and application performance.

Outside of work, I am passionate about cricket, and I enjoy reading books on technology. Additionally, I find joy in engaging in farming activities, which provides me with a refreshing break and a sense of fulfilment beyond coding.
